Our unique atmosphere of fellowship and caring, coupled with a full schedule of planned activities and excursions, provides residents with numerous ways to enjoy themselves and each other. Amenities available include a heated screened-in swimming pool and spa, exercise room, library, and woodworking shop. Also, residents are welcome to bring pets (up to 20 lbs.)

Conveniences

The best part about moving to the Alliance Community is the ability to live independently and worry-free, thanks to the services provided by the community. The dining room offers three meals daily, with attentive service and ever-changing buffet choices. Maintenance, housekeeping, and landscaping are all taken care of (depending on your choice of residence). Transportation is available to shopping, medical appointments, and other areas of the city of DeLand. A beauty salon/barber shop is available in the community and in the Center for Health Care. Security is provided 24 hours a day, and the availability of on-site assisted living and skilled nursing brings a very special peace of mind.

Spiritual Atmosphere

At the center of the community stands the Alliance Chapel, symbolizing the importance of the spiritual life in residents' all-around well-being. Here the Christian atmosphere is active with a full-time chaplain and a full schedule of services, Bible study groups, opportunities for outreach, concerts, and counseling services. A number of volunteer opportunities are also available for those who would like to serve.
